閉水試驗係關鍵：防水層做完要放水試 24 至 48 小時，睇下有冇滲去樓下。有問題即刻搵返做師傅。
外牆滲漏可以室內維修嗎？
視乎滲水源頭。如果係外牆裂縫或者窗口入水，通常建議由外牆做；室內只可以處理防潮層。
防水有保養期嗎？
有，視乎工程同範圍，一般由 2 年到 5 年不等。記住要求書面保養文件。
做防水會唔會要成個浴室打拆？
唔使。浴室防水通常只係重做地面同牆身一至一米八高嘅防水層，唔需要打拆全屋。
防做完幾耐可以淋浴？
