North

The Northern District has the most new housing in Hong Kong — Fanling, Sheung Shui and Ma On Shan keep adding towers. New estates are still under developer maintenance, so the first call is usually the management office, not a private tradesman. Sheung Shui and Fanling are full of new developments, so the calls are mostly fit-out snagging, appliance installation and maintenance. The villages of Kwu Tung and Lung Yeuk Tau need rural drainage and masonry work.

Covered areas：上水, 粉嶺, 龍躍頭, 古洞, 打鼓嶺
